Bruce Ringstrom Jr. recently obtained a DWI dismissal and a rescission of the accompanying driver’s license revocation in Polk County. Ringstrom’s client had been charged with second degree DWI test refusal. In a brief addressing his client’s license revocation, Ringstrom argued that the state’s case lacked sufficient probable cause and that law enforcement had not properly executed its search warrant. Following Mr. Ringstrom’s filing of his brief, the office of the Minnesota Attorney General agreed to rescind the license revocation. The prosecutor in the criminal case dismissed the charges shortly thereafter.
